We act as a proxy service, forwarding Your API requests to third-party providers and managing authentication, rate limiting, and usage tracking.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

User Accounts and API Tokens

Account Registration

To use the Service, You must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your Account.

API Tokens

API Tokens are provided for authentication purposes. You are responsible for:

Keeping Your API Tokens secure and confidential
Not sharing Your API Tokens with unauthorized parties
Immediately revoking compromised or lost API Tokens
All API requests made using Your API Tokens

We reserve the right to revoke API Tokens that are used in violation of these Terms or for any security concerns.

Subscription Terms and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with the Standard plan. During the trial, you have access to all API endpoints. The trial period begins when You create an Account. No credit card is required for the trial period.

Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, You agree to pay the subscription fee for the selected plan tier. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly request limit. If You exceed Your monthly limit, You may:

Upgrade to a higher tier plan
Purchase additional on-demand requests
Wait until the next billing cycle for Your limit to reset

Cancellation

You may cancel Your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period for which You have already paid.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect Your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent billing cycles. We will notify You of any price changes in advance.

Rate Limiting and Usage Limits

The Service includes rate limiting to ensure fair usage and system stability. Rate limits vary by subscription tier and are enforced per API token. Exceeding rate limits may result in:

Temporary suspension of API access
HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) error responses
Requirement to upgrade to a higher tier plan

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
To scrape or harvest data in violation of third-party terms of service
To impersonate or misrepresent Your affiliation with any entity
